How it works
Introductory conversation with the CEO
We start with a conversation about your company and your goals.
What needs to change? Where are you going? And what does it require from you as leaders?


Purpose: To create a clear framework for our collaboration and define what success looks like for you.



Individual conversations with the leadership team

I meet with each leader for an in-depth, confidential conversation. We will clarify their strengths, potential, and challenges – and what it takes for them to step forward even more clearly as leaders.
I use a method that combines experience from the business world with a sharp eye for human development.


Purpose: To strengthen each leader’s self-awareness and leadership power.



Joint workshop with the leadership group

Here, we bring all the threads together and work on your shared direction. We clarify what you stand for as a leadership team and how you best collaborate and support each other – both in the bigger picture and in your everyday work.


Purpose: To create a clear, shared direction and a stronger collaboration.



Follow-up and recommendations

After the workshop, you will receive a comprehensive feedback report with clear recommendations. This could include concrete initiatives to implement and a plan for how you ensure your development continues over time.


Purpose: To ensure the work doesn’t stop with awareness but leads to action.

Method: From here, each C-level participant is offered a course of 5 sessions to support the development of the individual's strengths in personal and professional leadership.
